The main chords at the beginning are played muffled, almost rockabilly/country style
chords on and off the 7th note. I can't remember what this technique is called but it's
so:
C#
e|------|
B|------|
G|------|
D|-6--8-|
A|-4--4-|
E|------|
F#
e|------|
B|------|
G|------|
D|------|
A|-4--6-|
E|-2--2-|
G#
e|------|
B|------|
G|------|
D|------|
A|-6--8-|
E|-4--4-|
A#
e|------|
B|------|
G|------|
D|-3--5-|
A|-1--1-|
E|------|
The G#/A chord is just a G# bar chord but with the 6th sting on the 5th fret/A. This is
probably wrong but it's closer then a full A chord.

Darling don't you see
I'm not satisfied
